Study to optimize processing of table olives (FILIDROS) / Industrial funding FILYDROS S.A., Greece Starts:15/02/2016 Ends:31/03/2017

In a specially calibrated MBR pilot plant, tests (relatively long-term, within the general schedule) will be carried out with typical AMMs from Halkidiki processing plants to control and optimize various process / technology parameters, as well as their impact on the efficiency of the MBR. Parallel tests will be carried out in specific nanofiltration laboratory unit to collect  experimental data. At the same time, laboratory tests will be carried out on the fattening and management of excess sludge, so that the necessary experimental data can be gathered to design the process on a large scale.
