Participation of NRRE/CPERI/CERTH at the 19th Euro Fed Lipid Congress and Expo, Poznan

The 19^th International Scientific Conference “Euro Fed Lipid Congress and Expo” which took place from the 17^th to the 20^th of September, 2023 in Poznań, Poland, was completed with particular interest. The work entitled: “Optimization of 2^nd generation biodiesel production through enzymatic transesterification of low quality acid oils”, orally presented by Dr. Alexandra Moschona, member of NRRE lab (CERTH).

This work was conducted in the context of the research project: “Bio(Cat)Diesel – Sustainable biocatalytic production of advanced biodiesel using novel biocatalysts produced from conventional biodiesel industrial byproducts “, and has been co‐financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union and Greek national funds through the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, under the call RESEARCH – CREATE – INNOVATE, 2^nd cycle.
